Tub would not spin.
Motor, tension arm pully , and transmission all move freely.
changed belt 3 weeks ago & all was well.
Now problem is back.
All parts move freely, but motor pully just spins inside belt.
Tension pully " seems " to be tight.

Mark, it sounds like the transmission is locking up. That is usually the way it goes, you replace the belt, and then it usually happens again. You might want to replace the washer. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
