We bought this washer off of a forum and just started using it today. We rinsed it out(by running it thru a few cycles with out clothes) and now when it is loaded it makes this banging noise on one side of the tub. Are there springs that are inside that we can replace? We got a great steal of a deal on this but want the noise to go away. Any Ideas?

Take the front panel off the washer and see if you can tell what is making the noise.

Is the tub setting level when you look inside?
