Thumbs up bearing replacement
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: sav3655aww
Age: 1 - 4 years

Serviceman says I got a bad tub bearing and seal that caused the leak.I have removed the agitator but can't get the inner tub off( there were 4 bolts that came off but looks like the tub is sealed (glued?) After i get the inner tub off what do I do next? I've read some forums on this subject and think that the tub bearing and seal is worth a DIY attempt but need some schematics and step by step help in getting the tub off and then bearing out and replacing and sealing back up. Please include part numbers and thanks a lot -leroy[/code]

I have identified the above parts I need for my washer but I need schematics and step by step instructions for taking out the old parts and installing the tub seal and spin bearing kit -I see you have sent also a link at times to the model in question and wonder if you can do that also-thank you
