Red face ATTENTION MAYTAG NEPTUNE OWNERS/Stacked Units
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MLE2000AYW
Age: More than 10 years

If you own a maytag neptune front load stacker unit --------The Control Board is in THE TOP OF THE DRYER. This is where you will find the curcuit board that has the BLOWN R11 Copasitor and Q6.
After 2 weeks of "whats wrong with the washer";and replacement of the Moister Control Board <not nessessary> I FOUND THE REAL CONTROL BOARD; this is where i found the burnt resister -R!!- the -Q6 wasnt blown. So now I must brush up on my soldering skills. Thanks for all the help, u guys have opened MyEyes----------MAYTAGS S U C K. OK gtg get sleep for tomorrows run around.

When you ordered the repair kit, did they tell you about restister # 43 I think it was,"if #43 was burned, board was wasted", just asking BETTYBOOP
