My washer goes through all the cycles except the spin cycle. It tries to run but doesn't spin just sounds like it. It does drain though. Could you tell me what could be wrong?

Will it spin in the delicate cycle?

Take the front panel of the washer off and see what is happening when it goes in to the spin cycle.

Here is a link to your washer model WSSR2070V1WW.

If the washer is spinning on all other cycles it lead me to believe that it is in the timer.

But if the motor is humming that leads me to believe that there is something binding.

Have you remove the panel to watch it?

You probably have a bad spin tube bearing or something in the tub. Pull panel and run in spin. If the belt dosn't move the tranny pulley, that confirms it. Also the clutch housing should get really hot.
You will need to take top off washer, pull agitator, remove drive block and use a spanner wrench to loosen the tub nut, turn clockwise.
