Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 1 - 4 years

we still can't separate upper agitator from lower after removing it from washer. my husband who is a strong guy stepped on bottom and pulled and it still won't separate so that we can get at the cogs. any more advice? thanks

put the agitator back on, it'll wash clothes perfectly,you don't need the dogs
