Default Agitator top portion not working
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110.82891820
Age: 5 - 10 years

Washer has a two part agitator. The upper portion (smaller) slips and will not pull clothes down into washer. I need to know how to remove top portion of agitator.

What you need is agitator dogs. Pretty east to replace. Take the screw out that holds the agitator in place, and then pull on the top part of the agitator off from the bottom sections, and replace the dogs. The part # is 80040. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
