Model Number: LLR6144BQ1
Age: More than 10 years

only when it is in the wash mode the agitator does not spin around as many times as when it was new all the other cycles work find. I believe it is direct drive because I dont see any belts. My question is can I repair it from the top of the agitator, there is a plastic cap aprox 10inches down from the top edge how does that come out and what is under neath it. Ihope sombody can direct me,thank you

Is it the bottom section of the agitator that no longer agitates well or the top section?
