Agitator removal

Brand: General Electric
Model Number: wbxe2070aoww
Age: 5 - 10 years

Hi i removed the top cap and i can't see
how to remove agitator.there looks like 4 screws or pins.but
there not hex head.it almost looks like some type of glue that is
hardened around them.

There are no screws holding down the agitator, grab it at the base, and tug like mother, it comes of, you just have to fight it. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
