My washer seems to not be fully agitating. The lower section ( with the 4 fins ) seems to be moving. The upper section (with the spiral fin ) shakes but doesnt seem to spin so clothes do not get pulled into water. Also, I can spin the upper section by hand; it is not stuck, will spin 360deg. Lower section can be moved by hand as well. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help. M

Sound like you need to replace the agitator dogs.
