Machine will fill, agitate, but won't spin. It smells like something is burning (rubber smell). The belt under the washer is working. Is there another belt we should be looking at? Have checked the pump and there seems to be no blockage. Water drains.

There is only one belt on the washer.

Tip the washer back and see if you can turn the pulley counter-clock-wise.

Take the dust cover off and see if the cam is engaging when you turn the pulley.
