I can't get the ice to come thru the door,it been working since i had the item. It make ice and keep it cold but when you need it you have to open the freeze door to get it. I hear the motor running and i hear the rotate . when you look at the ice in the container it is all push forward.

Take the ice bin out and look for broken parts.

There may be some ice that is blocking the hole.

Here is a link to your fridge model FRS20ZRG.

Thank You for the info.I have taken the container out but can't see any thing that is broken,I do notice,a piece of metal in the end of the shaft that pushes the ice forward, it fit in a slot in the round plastic piece. i think the slot or damaged.and it won't let the plastic piece turn.
I can't hardly make out the picture you send me for all the parts i try to make then bigger but can't make then so i can see then.

Again Thank You
