Won't Cool

Refridgerator was running fine, but now it won't cool (freezer and refridgerator) .

Everything has power, lights on, condensor fan is running, Compressor starts and runs few sec, but I then hear a trip from the starter. Could this relay be weak? Could it be in the Capacitor-run?

I would really appreciate some help!!

It could be the starter or the run capacitor?

It could also be a faulty compressor.
