Default Whirpool icemaker not working
Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a whirpool side by side with an icemaker. A while back the icemaker stopped making ice. After constructive nagging by the wife I finally went on online and purchased a new icemaker. I installed the unit and the icemaker still does not make ice. The water does not fill the tray and I made sure the shutoff wire arm is in the on position. Any suggestions????

Check the water valve at the back of the fridge.

Can you please supply your model number?
