Cool Where are the controls?
Brand: Amana
Model Number: BC20E-L
Age: More than 10 years

Hi,
I have a freezer on the bottom and the refer is not cooling. As far as I can tell the fan is running ( I see one in the bottom) but no cold air seems to be flowing into the freezer or refer, the damper control in the fridge is open. I wanted to put the freezer into manual defrost but can only find the freezer temp and humidity control in the freezer, there hasn't been any water in the tray underneath for quite some time. The back is sealed on this refridgerator except for the compressor compartment so I can't see the ducting for the cold air flow. Are there 2 fans? I assume one is for cooling the compressor, the one I see. Where would I find the one for air circulation?
Thanks for any help

The defrost timer is located either in one of the back or front corners of the fridge.

Here is a link to the breakdown of your fridge model BC20E-L.

Here is the part number for the defrost timer ps190180.
