What type of wire to use for splicing?
Brand:
KitchenAid
Model Number:
KSFS25FJ
Age:
5 - 10 years
I have three severed wires going to the water/ice dispenser. From all I have read splicing seems to be the quickest fix. I was wondering what is the best type of wire to use to do the splicing?
Thanks.

If there is enough wire use pig tail connectors to join the wires together.
If there is not enough wire then you should use the same gauge and color wire that is in the fridge.
The gauge of the wire is likely 14 or 16.
