Cool What next?

I have just replace the thermostat and the timer on my fridge. It is still not kicking on to cool off. The evaporator coils are frosting immediately after reconnecting. It is making a hissing sound. It seems over time now that it is getting less cooling on the inside of the fridge and freezer as time passes. I was told to narrow it down to these two devices, but now it seems something should kick in to cool this darn thing off. What are some diagnosis? I'm ready to get rid of this thing. Thanks,
Seth

Default

It is cooling when the coils ice up. A little frost is normal. An irregular frost pattern is a sign of low freon. your defrost system will remove the frost about every 8 hours. Is the condenser fan next to the compressor running. Under the unit. Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running.
