Water will not dispense from the door. Ice dispenser works fine. I have replaced the two wire micro switch in the door for the water dispenser, but it did not fix anything. What else should I do? Please be as specific as possible as I'm mechanically challenged. I have read other posts on this topic but they don't help a lot as I'm not sure what they are saying. For instance, what is a solenoid?

The water valve is at the back of the fridge.

The water line is connected to it.

It has to solenoid on it one is for the ice maker and the other is for the water dispenser.

The solenoid have the wires connected to them.

If you have a neighbor that has a meter by they would check it for you.
