Default Water valve replacement
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: tpx22ppbg
Age: 5 - 10 years

Found the leaking culprit and removed the assembly mounting=(#PS304364) from frig to verify part #. Had to twist to release from tight location and now have another leak in the second valve from the tube connection. I'm convinced the first valve (#PS304365) will be easier to replace than to verify it's not clogged, but think the second one just needs the tube sealed back into the fitting. I need to know how to operate the tube fittings so I can check to be sure before I order one of the parts indicated above.

Fittings apear to be some type of quick release, but don't want to force it to find out. Stop giggling, I'm serious - I'm sure it's simple but I'm more cautious than curious after causing leak #2 with my own bare hands.

Try pushing the tube in toward the fitting while pulling the (ring, washer or whatever you have) away from the fitting
