Default Water Under Refrig
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 363.50232000
Age: 5 - 10 years

About once or twice a week, water is pooling under my refrig. Is there a pan or tray to catch the water? I believe the water is coming from the freezer side of the refrig.

Your drain tube must be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flush it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough.

The drain tube is in a trough or pan under your evaporator which is at the back of the freezer near the bottom behind the back panel. It may be covered in ice and hard to find.
