Can you please verify your model number as there are some missing characters at the end?

Here is an exploded view of your fridge model FRT21LRCW3.

In the fridge section at the back in the middle there is a drain cup.

It may be held in with one or two screws or just a push in unit.

Remove the cup and clean it.

If you have a long stiff piece of wire run it down through the drain tube.

This should fix your problem.
