More than likely your drain line is froze over or even clogged in the freezer. When the unit goes into defrost, the condensation cant go down the drain so it runs down in the fresh food compartment (fridge). As a customer, the easy way to take care of this is to just unplug the unit for 24-36 hours with the doors open. This will allow the drain to thaw completely. If it happens again, you will need a tech to come out and open your drain as something (corn kernal, or other debris) has gotten down in the drain line. Hope this helps.
