My refrigerator is leaking water from the back part of the refrigerator. Water is running down into the bottom of the crispers and onto the shelves. Help if you can. Thanks

The drain for the defrost water is plugged.

Look in the fridge section of the fridge and located the drain cup in the middle of the back wall.

There may be a screw holding it in place. If there is a screw remove it and pry the cup out.

Clean the cup and replace it.

This should fix your problem.
