Brand: General Electric
Model Number: TFX24R
We have water periodically leaking below the refrigerator side of our side by side. What could be causing the problem and how do we fix it. Thank you.

How often do you find water there?

Is there a layer of ice in the bottom of the freezer floor?

You may have a leaky water line in the back. Pull out fridge and verify. These leaks can turn into a flood, one of the most common insurance claimes
