I have an Amana referigerator, model sxd22s2w, with a problem similar to RedRacer's. However, after the ice is dispensed, there is still water in the freezing tray and, if allowed to continue to operate, the fingers that force the ice cubes out of the tray will have an ice build up that eventually prevents the fingers from passing past the guides (I may not have all the proper nomenclature). |
