The water dispenser and the motor for the ice dispenser are not working. However, it will make ice and dump it into the bin. When depressing the dispensing lever/button, the fan inside the freezer compartment stops. Also, when pushing the dispense lever and holding it the light dims and or begins blinking. The unit is 17 months old.

There are two electronic boards in your fridge.

One in the door and one in the back of the freezer section.

It is likely one of the boards causing your problem.

This would have to be checked by a technician.
