Water-flow for ice-maker Brand: General Electric Model Number: TBX22RF Age: More than 10 years The ice-maker does make ice. However the water-valve stays open to long that allows the water to over-flow. The 'maker' has a 'cam' that revolves in a 'cycle'. In that cam there is an adjustable set-screw.
What is the procedure to adjust the timing that opens and closes the water valve? Is that set-screw involved? The 'points' that 'roll' with the cam is also adjustable indicating a space variation. I can't find any repair source that shows the back of the maker where those parts are shown or how to adjust. Sure could use a detailed schematic with directions.
