Default Water on floor and icicles in freezer

I woke up to the same thing this morning, and our Pergo floor is not even a year old, so now it will need to be replaced. Luckily we have some floor material left!!

Anyway, my manager said it is the icemaker based on the identical situation occuring in one of her rental homes, but I don't know which part to replace. I have a MagicChef, model is GS24Y8DV. It is a side-by-side with an icemaker/water dispenser in the door. She said if I turn the ice maker off, it will prevent anymore water from leaking out, and so far she is correct. We haven't seen anymore water, and the freezer appears to be working just fine.

How do I get the part out??? And, Can someone please tell me what part I need to purchase? My husband can install it if I can just get the darned part figured out.

Also, do I need to shut off the power to get the part out?

I am desperate. I had to take the day off work, and I'd like to use it wisely to get this remedied if possible. It's sort of scary thinking you might need to spend $1000-$1500 to buy a new refrigerator when you don't have the money, but spending $100-$200 is manageable.

Thanks to whoever helps me out. I really appreciate it

Talking So far turning off the icemaker has worked....

OK...I turned off the icemaker, cleaned out the entire freezer, and it appears to be working just fine. There is no more water leaking anywhere, and the freezer is freezing things properly, so I think my problem may be solved. I ordered the freezer module, which cost $100 with shipping, so hopefully my husband can quickly pop out the old one and put in the new one when the part arrives.

Drain tube stopped up. If it's clear of ice you can blow it out or run something through it to unstop it.

I had numerous things going on. My water had been shut off, so with out flow, the water froze in the tube and clogged behind the ice maker. I also had not put the interior panel back together properly, (inside the freezer) and the drain line was not in the proper position, therefore water on the floor.

Everything is working fine now.
