Brand: General Electric
Model Number: TPX21PR
Age: More than 10 years

Ice in bottom of freezer, water on floor at times. GE Profile side by side. Where is drain located? Unit is built in and difficult to get in and out of its location. Can I access from inside?Is reference or manual available? Thank you Bob

You don't have to move it. The drain hole and tube are inside the freezer. Below the back panel. There is a trough that collects the water and a hole in the bottom.You can see it after you remove the ice covering it.

After that pour a solution of hot water and baking soda down the drain.
