I need to purchase a water filter for the ice maker. I believe the part number is PS309930, but I am not sure. Could someone confirm this and let me know what other parts may be needed? Is this a do-it-yourself installation project? Thanks

You fridge does not have a water filter assembly.

The part that you selected is a copper part that is a part of the sealed refrigerant system on the back of the fridge.

If you require a water filter to treat the water come to your fridge it is something you would have to purchase from a plumbing store.
