My fridge is having a problem, my water filter is over flowing and water is excaping from it so i got a new filter and i changed the rubber washer and it is still over flowing what would you think is the problem i would like to fix it my self and save my self money if possible

When you remove the filter does the water stop or do you have to shut the water off?

Can you please verify your model number as I can't find it in our database?

The model number is located in the fridge section on a tag with the serial number.
