I have a GE Profile Model PSS26SGRD side by side approx 4 years old. For several weeks, the water and crushed ice worked, but no cubes. Then, the crushed ice also stopped working. Now the water in the door works, but when crushed or cubed ice is selected, it makes no noise and will not dispense any ice. The door panel lights work and the Flapper opens, but the ice auger does not turn or make any noise. There is no ice blockage in the bin and the auger can be turned freely by hand.

Thanks for the super fast reply. Two additional clarifying questions:

To access the auger motor, it looks like I will remove the (4) #367 screws, then pull the#361 motor cover out (with motor attached), but how do I remove the #365 motor drive blade? It looks like it is screwed on to the motor shaft, but it will not unscrew, and just spins the motor.

Secondly: Just before the ice dispenser stopped working completely, it would dispense crushed ice even when cubed ice was selected. Is it possible that the #93 control panel board is also bad, or the #378 solenoid is bad? (I think this is the one that switches between crushed and cube)

Consider that it might be a left handed screw shaft. Is part 366 a clip that holds it to the panel.

The solenoid or its connections is what I would check first.
