Question for you.

We have a side-by-side with a water dispenser / ice maker combo. The ice maker is still working but no water (for glasses) comes out when the lever is depressed. I presume the value is working. What could be the cause?

At the end of the model number there should be one more number.

It may be a type number.

Your fridge has a double water valve.

It is located at the back of the fridge.

It also could be a switch in the door.
