My water dispenser has stopped working. The ice maker seems to be working and when I push on the water dispenser I can hear the water pump running but yet no water. The water reservoir which is located inside the refrigerator does not seem to be refilling.
Does this refrigerator have a water filter?

If you can hear the valve open and there is no water coming to the door it is possible that the water line in the door is frozen.

Remove the line at the bottom of the door and see it you get water there.

If you don't get water there check the valve at the back of the fridge.

You can find tag with the model and serial number in the fridge section or behind the kick plate on the frame of the fridge.
