This morning I noticed that the water dispenser clicks but no water came out. The icemaker appears to be getting water since I see new ice twelve hrs. later. There is water pressure to the water line on the back of the fridge, should I look to replace the double valve? Could it be in the control board beneath the front cover?

It sounds like the valve that is faulty.

Check the valve with an ohm meter you should get the same reading for both valves.
