There seems to be no lack of ice production, but the stream from the water dispenser has little pressure. It is weak and takes "forever" to fill a glass.

The household is only two elderly adults. Therefore, the ice production is a bit hard to gauge admittedly.

There is no well or osmosis system -- the two prolems in the literature.

City water pressure and the line all seem adequate. The filter is the original. The unit is only a few months old. The problem has been one from the initial install.

When the fridge water line was installed did the installer use a saddle valve?

This is a valve that is attached to an existing water line.

Sometimes the hole is not big enough to allow good water pressure.
