I have water getting through to the water dispenser when my ice dispenser is being filled. It would seem that a valve is stuck open and I am guessing that it is the double solenoid valve. I don't want to replace a lot of parts, so I was wondering if this was the likely culprit, before I order for a replacement.

I opened the solenoid valve and there was some wear on the O-rings, but I think the most likely cause is the valve is getting stuck open. Does this sound reasonable?
