The water dispenser - at the gasket between the inside and outside of the refrigerator needs to be cleaned - it is all moldy. But I can't get to it to clean it properly. Is there some way I can take off the front of the dispenser so I can get to it and is there some way to stop this from happening again?

I would just spray some bleech on it and rinse it off. You can pry the cover off but be careful not to break it.
