Hi,

My water dispenser is not working. I noticed that the pump wasn't working so I replaced the dual-valve pump and water is now flowing to the bottom of the freezer door where the line goes into the door and up to the dispenser. Water does not flow past the freezer door though. Could it be frozen solid? Is there another pump or valve in the freezer door?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Can you please check your model number as there seem to be a character or two missing form the end?

The model number is found in the fridge on a tag with the serial number.
