Water dispenser does not work

The ice maker works and the water valve is working. I disconnected the water tuber at the bottom of the freezer door where the comnnector is and puched the water dispenser and water comes out of the tube like it should.

The water line going through the door could be frozen.

Use a hair dryer to defrost line.

Can you please supply your model number?

How do I get to the water line to defrost it if it is inside the door?
