I have a GE water cooler model # GXCF05D02. When I press the button for cold water it does not dispense cold water. Water is room temperature. Same with the hot water, it dispenses room temperature water. I turned on both switches in the back but I still get room temperature water from both hot and cold buttons. I was wondering if someone knew the cause of this problem. Thank you for any help.

Check the outlet that the cooler is plugged into to see if there is power there.
