hi we have a hamilton beach 2202 water heater cooler the water comes out cold through both spouts no hot at all. i know that its almost impossible to find parts for water coolers but we were wondering hot to tell if there is a fuse or maybe a heating element that has gone out on this. thank you for your help1

There is a thermal disk and a heating element that can be check with an ohm meter.

Unplug the unit and locate the access panel at the back of it.

Disconnect the wire on the element and the thermal disk to do the test.

The wiring diagram should tell you what the wattage of the element is and with that number you can find the resistance that it should have using Ohm's law.
