Default Water but no ice
Brand: Roper

Our water was turned off for a repair in our bathroom and our icemaker hasn't worked since. We get water from the dispenser but no ice is being made.

Check the valve at the back of the fridge.

There are two solenoid, one is for the icemaker and the other is for the water dispenser.

Check the icemaker solenoid for continuity.

It may also be blocked.

Here is a link to your fridge model rs22aqxmqoo.

Here is the valve.

One other thing you might want to check is the fill tube coming to the ice maker. Make sure it is not ice up, preventing water from coming in. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
