I have a Maytag Wide by Side. Water is collecting at the bottom of the freezer. Not spilling down the sides at all, from what I can tell. No ice anywhere else. Gather at the botton and leak onto the floor. Any Ideas?? Please? Maytag repairman charged me about $270 to replace a $50 circuit board 2 months ago!

It sound like the drain for the defrost water is plugged.

You will have to remove the inside back panel of the freezer and clean the drain.

Can you please supply your model number?
