I have a double side refrigarator both sides are warm.
Air is still blowing, water despencer works. I have been noticing a humming noise for about 2 months every 2-3 minutes

Try to locate where the noise is coming from. Under unit near back behind the cardboard cover is the compressor and condenser fan. Are they running and are the coils near there warm or room temp.

Inside freezer is evaporator fan which noise could be coming from.

solenoid on the back where water line comes in can make noise. Also one in the water and ice dispenser.
