2 year old upright frost free freezer - the red light came on indicating a power failure and everything defrosted. Turning up the thermostat or putting on fast freeze makes no difference. Anyone got any ideas? Please help.

Try on plugging the freezer and and plugging it back in. This may clear the board.

If this does not work you will have to have a technician look at it.
