Only the lower portion of the freezer is working. I have placed both thermostant lever controls on maximum and only the freezer side responds, that is you can hear the unit turning on and off.
Please let me know what parts I need to replace.

In the upper part of the freezer is there ice on the back wall?

Is the problem getting worse?

You may have a leak in the sealed system.
