my ice dispenser is not providing energy to the solenoid or motor in the back. the lever in the front panel seems to work and their is a delay in the closing of the dispenser door. how do I troubleshoot it to find out what part to change.
could you also direct me as to how to remove the facing or front cover.

the complete model of the unit is ED22RFXFW02, the problem is that the refrigerator is not dispensing ice and the motor and the solenoid have already been replaced.

Your model number is incomplete.

If you could forward me your complete model number this would help. Also can you tell me what the exact problem is? Are you saying that it is not dispensing ice?
