Default Thermostat thermocouple
Brand: Other
Model Number: FC501VW
Age: Less than 1 year

This is a Chinese made Franklin 5 cuft fridge with freezer compartment. When defrosting it the thermocouple sensor became dislodged. Where should it go?

Thankyou

Default

It looks to me as if the thermocouple was in between the cabinet and the freezer compartment.

As long as the thermocouple is against the freezing compartment the fridge should run fine.
