I am having a problem with my coils freezing up. I know it is not the heating element because when I flip the timer, the coils get real hot (burned finger hot). My problem may be the timer, but I am thinking it is the thermostat. How can I test it? The last time the coils where iced up, i tested the resistance throug the thermostat and it was infinite. This was when it was frozen. Is this normal?
